Questions

Frequently asked

If your question isn't here, write to us — we read every message.

Who can apply for membership?
Anyone working in PR, communications, corporate affairs, marketing, or a closely-related discipline anywhere in Africa or the African diaspora. We review every application individually — career stage isn't a barrier.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 48 hours. We may follow up with a short question if the application is unclear, but most members are admitted on the first pass.
What does the founding rate mean?
Members who join before June 30, 2025 lock in their pricing for life. You'll keep your founding rate even as our standard prices rise.
Can my employer pay for membership?
Yes. We provide an invoice you can submit for L&D reimbursement. We also offer team and agency-wide rates — get in touch for a quote.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Full refund within 30 days of joining, no questions asked. After that you can cancel anytime — monthly members are billed only for the month ahead.
Do you support members outside major cities?
Absolutely. Most member benefits — directory, discussions, courses, archive — are entirely remote. Where there's enough local interest, we'll help you start a chapter.
